- US Citizenship required
- 8-10 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, modifying, and configuring any of the PeopleSoft Call Center modules(HR Help Desk, IT Help Desk or Support).
- Strong technical development and configuration skills and proven record of on-time delivery.
- Development expertise with as many of the listed technologies as possible.
- Strong problem solving ability with sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience with PS Integration Broker is required and implementation of the integrations between HelpDesk and HRMS is preferred.
