REQUIREMENTS
- US Citizenship required
- 8-10 years of experience managing large, complex IT implementations.
- Management of Oracle technology implementations, upgrades, customizations, and configurations, as well as operational management experience.
- Development and deployment of solution architecture
- Experience interacting with and/or leading technical infrastructure teams
- Strong project management skills and proven record of project delivery on time and within budget.
- Strong problem solving ability with sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience successfully implementing Shared Services is strongly desired.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/PROJECT TASKS
- The role will assist Client’s IT Program Director for PeopleSoft in:
- Full life cycle management of the HR Shared Services Program
- Management of all technology implementations and integrations
- Full compliance with Client’s Systems Life Cycle Management (LCM) process
- Documentation as required in support of the LCM process
- Leadership of a large technical delivery team
- Coordination with team leads managing other technical work streams
- Reporting project status and accomplishments to Management
- Coordinate with the Configuration and Change Manager
- Contribute to new processes and procedures, decision-making
