- US Citizenship required
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing, modifying, and configuring PeopleSoft applications.
- 2-3 years Query and Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports, PS Query, Microsoft Excel, SQL
- Knowledge of relational database structure, preferably PeopleSoft CRM Call Center applications.
- Strong report development and configuration skills and proven record of project delivery on time and within budget.
- Previous experience with gathering requirements and analysis.
- Familiarity with the Customer Data Model (CDM) and Business Objects relationships (BORM)
- Strong problem solving ability with sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience successfully implementing Shared Services is strongly desired.
